iPSOLA are currently recruiting regional agents to develop our business in many cities and tourist areas across Europe.

iPSOLA provides a comprehensive up-to-date European property database in English as well as local languages for prospective house hunters aboard (mainly British, German and Scandinavian) and in the domestic market.

Role:

Regional agents operate in a specified region allocated on a first served/first come basis as the main iPSOLA contact in that area and are responsible for the following:

• recruitment of estate agents
• develop promotional materials for website
• developing local awareness of iPSOLA local media and events
• maintaining of the property database
• providing email feedback to prospective customers
• arranging property viewings for customers

Qualifying Conditions:

In order to become a regional agent you will need to fulfil the follow conditions:

• Be based in a major town or a tourist region of potentially of interest to foreign property prospectors
• Have a telephone
• Have a computer with access to the Internet
• Have a car or similar means of transport
• Have a good working knowledge of English and /or French, Spanish, German both written and spoken
  have a minimum level of computer competence, email, Internet
• Own a digital camera (we can recommend specifications for buying a suitable camera if you do not own one.)
