You should be the owner, or the principle administrator of your agency or property company.
When you register you need to state that you are an agency. Please fill in the following details:-
- Agency name
- Tax no.
- Registration no.
- Number of Branches
- Number of Staff
- Website (if any)
- Commission rates (optional - can be stated either as % or fixed amount)
You then need to switch to English by selecting the relevant language flag.
Click on add staff. There is a box where you can invitations to your staff to register with iPSOLA. This invitation is valid for 24 hours. Your staff needs to accept the invitation which will help them register with iPSOLA with your agency details.
Once you or you staff members are logged in you simply need to click on add properties. This can be done in any language. See the main guide to listing your property if you have any problems.
Any member of staff can view all the agencies properties by selecting .... On the English page.
Only the member of staff who submitted the property into the database or the agency boss can edit a property.
However the owner or the main administrator can override and change who has the ability to edit a property. This can be useful in the case of staff absences.
